Provide us with the property address, condition, and any major repairs/updates necessary. From here, we'll call to schedule a time to see the property in person prior to making our offer.

Once we have all of the information related to the property and its condition, you will receive a no obligation offer assuming there is still income potential upon investment of the property.

Once you accept our offer we will conveniently send you a contract. We can submit contracts via email, DocuSign, or priority mail. Once you receive the contract send it back to us within 3-5 business days.

Upon receiving the signed contract, we will submit it to our title company to begin the 30-45 closing process. Upon closing, payment can be made via check, priority mail, or a wire straight to your bank account.
