Clay went to school at West Virginia Wesleyan College from 2015-2020. He majored in Religious Studies: Christian Formation while minoring in Psych and Business Administration. He also graduated with his MBA. While at Wesleyan, Clay was a 5 year member of the men’s basketball team. Upon graduating, his goal was to become a pastor and take the reigns of a church. He took a pastoral residency position at Horizons Church in Lost Creek, WV. Though he loved the work and the mission, he didn’t feel like ministry was where he was meant to be.
Upon completing the residency, Clay decided to team up with his brother Landon to begin working full time in real estate. In September of 2022, Clay bought out an original founding partner of the company. He now brings a faith background into real estate transactions and works to use the same values and principles that guided him in the church.

Landon graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan in 2017 with his undergraduate in Geophysics. While at Wesleyan, Landon walked on to the basketball team and spent his last three years playing. Upon graduating in 2017, Landon spent the next 5 years working in the professional sector as a mechanical engineer.
In the fall of 2020, Landon and a high school friend started what is now known as LCRE. Eventually, after 2 full years of juggling the real estate business and working as a mechanical engineer, real estate gained enough traction that Landon was able to step away from his W-2 job in the fall of 2022. In addition to operating the business, Landon also coaches Varsity Girls Basketball through the fall and winter months, and then coaches a travel basketball team through the spring/summer.
